Nivea Fresh Energy 72h Anti-perspirant (50ml)

Nivea Fresh Energy 72h Anti-perspirant (50ml) Description

This is a roll-on anti-perspirant by Nivea in a compact 50 ml size.

It’s formulated to give you energetic freshness, thanks to lemongrass extract.

Uses Nivea’s ∞ INFINIFRESH formula, which is designed to actively fight odor-causing bacteria rather than just mask odor.

Skin tolerance is dermatologically proven.

Sensory Profile

Scent: A bright, fresh, slightly citrusy-lemongrass aroma. According to Nivea’s description, it’s “energetic fresh” with lemongrass.

Feel: As a roll-on, it has a creamy / slightly wet texture when applying, then dries down on the skin. There’s also paraffinum (a light emollient) in the ingredients.

Finish on skin: Gentle and caring, with no heavy sting (since it’s made to be skin-friendly).

Mood / Imagery: Imagine stepping out after a refreshing morning shower — clean, slightly green-lemongrass wind, and a sense of energy and clarity.

Wear & Suggestions

Protection / Effectiveness: Some listings say 72-hour protection.
However, Nivea Nigeria’s site for the same product mentions 48 h, so it depends on region or batch.

Best Time to Use: Apply after showering, when your underarms are clean and dry.

Projection / Strength: Moderate — more subtle than a perfume, but enough to be noticeable on your skin; it’s not overpowering.

Ideal Occasions / Season: Great for daily wear — work, gym, or any active day; especially good in warm/humid weather because of the “fresh, energetic” scent.

Skin Types: Suitable for all skin types (Nivea indicates “all skin types” for this formula).

Helpful Tips

Apply Sparingly but Evenly

Use 2–3 swipes per underarm is often enough; too much can feel heavy or take longer to dry.

Let It Dry Fully

After applying, give it a moment to dry before putting on clothes — helps prevent stickiness on fabric.

Use at Night (Optional)

If you want extra protection, apply at night before bed when your sweat glands are less active; it may last better into the next day.

Storage

Keep it in a cool, dry place (not direct sunlight) so the roll-on formula doesn’t degrade or separate.

Layering

If you use perfume, choose a scent that complements or doesn’t clash. The lemongrass base is fairly clean, so light citrus or green scents pair well.

Skin Irritation

If your underarm is freshly shaved, make sure there are no cuts; aluminum salts can sting broken skin.

Reapplication

On very hot or highly active days, you might reapply, but note the label: overuse won’t necessarily increase “anti-sweat” power — it helps more with odor control.
