Bestchoice Cosmetics Refund and Return Policy
“We take care of you” – and that includes after your purchase.
At Bestchoice Cosmetics and Fragrances (Bestchoice) your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. As a brand committed to personalized care, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Our return policy is crafted to be transparent, fair, and rooted in empathy, just like our service.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns and/or exchanges for:
- Goods sold in good condition cannot be returned, as stated on all receipts.
- Items that were purchased by mistake or through customer error (e.g., wrong product selection).
- Incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- Opened or used products.
- Due to hygienic implications, Fragrances, skincare, or cosmetics that have been unsealed .
In the unlikely event that the item(s) ordered is damaged or incomplete, please contact us by telephone or email within 24-48 hrs. kindly note that refunds and exchanges are processed based on eligibility and discretion.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service within 24- 48 hours of delivery via phone or email.
- Provide the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the item (clearly showing the issue)
- Brief description of the concern
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If valid, we’ll offer a replacement or an exchange for an item of equal value.
- Refunds may be offered at our discretion, especially if a replacement is not possible.
- Refunds (If Applicable) will be:
- Processed via your original payment method.
- Issued within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and assessed.
Lost Parcels:
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
- An investigation will be initiated immediately.
- If the parcel remains missing within 5 working days of our notification, we will:
Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.

- We urge you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery to ensure the items are intact

- Receipts must be retained and presented for all return or refund requests.
- Bestchoice will not be responsible for returns made without prior notice or approval.
However, if you’re unsatisfied due to confusion during purchase, our team will handle the matter with discretion and care to ensure a positive experience, even if a return is not possible.
