It is positioned as an affordable, versatile option — suitable for both everyday looks and stepping up for more glamorous eye makeup.

Format

Format: A compact eyeshadow palette.

Weight: 15.6 g (as given in your prompt) – this suggests either a moderate number of pans or smaller pan sizes.

Finishes: A combination of mattes + shimmers (as per the “Eternal Charm” variant listing).

Packaging: Likely simple and travel-friendly — since Febble often markets their palettes as accessible and easy to carry.

Intended audience: Beginners or budget-conscious users looking for multi-look versatility.

Sensory Profile

Pigmentation & texture: The variant listing states “highly pigmented & long-lasting formula … smooth, blendable texture”.

Finish: With both mattes and shimmers, you can expect depth + light reflectivity. The shimmer shades should provide a luminous effect, the mattes provide structure.

Wear feel: Standard powder texture. As with many affordable palettes, the mattes may require building to reach full opacity; and some shimmers might show more fallout if applied carelessly. (General caution from users of similar Febble palettes:

“it does require quite some packing for color to show up”

Colour range: The Eternal Charm listing gives example shades like warm champagnes, bronzes, deep browns, burgundy — suggesting a warm/neutral lean.

Wear & Suggestion

Best occasions:

Daytime: Use the lighter neutral mattes for a soft, natural eye.

Evening/occasion: Use the shimmers/bronzes and deep mattes for more dramatic looks.

Skin tones: The warm/neutral tones make it fairly universal, but as always — test how the shades show up on your specific skin tone, especially if you have deeper skin.

Season & setting: Works year-round. In humid climates (like Lagos) you may want eye-primer to help longevity.

Technique suggestions:

Use a medium matte as a transition shade in the crease, a deeper matte in outer corner, and a shimmer on the lid for dimension.

For the shimmer shades: tap on with a flat brush or finger for stronger payoff.

If you’re doing an evening look, you can use one of the deeper mattes as a liner or tight-line effect on the lower lash line.

Longevity: To maximise wear — use an eye primer, maybe set with a setting spray — especially in high-heat/humidity.

Helpful Tips

Always prime your lids: This ensures better colour payoff and reduces fading or creasing.

Build rather than apply all at once: Start light and layer up mattes for depth. Some users say the colours “need packing” to show up.

Watch for fallout: Especially with the shimmer shades. Tap excess off your brush before applying; do your eye makeup before face makeup, so you can clean up any fallout easily.

Blend mattes well: Since mixing finishes, make sure transitions are smooth so the shimmer doesn’t look patchy beside the mattes.

Store away from heat/humidity: Keep the palette closed and in a cool dry place. In Lagos, humidity can affect powder formula performance.

Use clean brushes: To avoid transferring shimmer particles into mattes (which can make mattes look sparkly/less crisp).

Check authenticity & shade names: Because some listings for Febble show different names (“Eternal Charm”, “Eternal”) and shades can vary — ensure you’re getting the version you want.
